Engineered for demanding residential and light commercial use, it provides an ultra-quiet, heavy-duty alternative to entry-level garage operators.

The system is optimized for both sectional doors and counter-weighted or spring-balanced up-and-over doors, easily handling large double-car garage profiles.

• Flexible & Low-Profile Installation: To bypass low-clearance ceiling beams, structural pipes, or lighting fixtures, the drive chassis features a modular layout that can be installed perfectly inline or rotated 90° relative to the tracking guide.

• Silent Drive Guide Transmission: The system mounts directly to a structural steel rail, utilizing either a reinforced chain track or a premium, steel-core silent rubber belt drive that eliminates harsh mechanical clatter.

• Smart “Connect” Ecosystem: Modern kits ship with an integrated Wi-Fi / Bluetooth gateway (806SA-0140). This links the garage directly to your home router, allowing for remote smartphone tracking, auto-geofencing, and smart-home voice assistant control (such as Amazon Alexa).

• Advanced Obstacle Sensing: Controlled via a built-in optical encoder, the control card runs automated safety sweeps. It instantly reverses directional travel upon meeting physical resistance and actively manages deceleration “slowdown” tracks at both the fully open and fully closed limits.
