The CAME Fluo-SW is a high-performance, energy-efficient automatic swing-door operator utilizing 36V DC Brushless motor technology. Designed for seamless retrofitting onto existing pedestrian doors, it is engineered for silent, continuous-duty operation in sensitive environments like hospitals, museums, offices, and private homes.

By eliminating brushes—the primary source of friction and wear in traditional motors—the Fluo series offers a significantly longer service life and precise movement control.

The Three Model Variants

The Fluo system is categorized by three mechanical configurations to suit different weight loads and safety requirements:

Core Engineering & Features

• Brushless Technology: Offers extreme silence and high energy efficiency. The motor operates at low speeds, reducing mechanical stress and extending the lifespan up to ten times longer than conventional brushed motors.

• Adaptive Encoder Control: The system continuously monitors the door’s position and resistance. It automatically adjusts speed and force to ensure safety, providing immediate, sensitive obstacle detection that reverses the door upon contact.

• Universal Arm Compatibility: Kits are configurable with various arm types depending on the door’s hinge side and frame geometry:

  • Sliding Arm (Pull/Push): Ideal for installations where space above the door is limited.

  • Articulated Arm (Push): Standard for heavy-duty or exterior-swinging applications.

• Smart Programming: Features an onboard alphanumeric display and simple button interface for adjusting opening angles, hold-open times, and sensitivity profiles without needing specialized software.

• Stable Power Handling: Equipped with “Switch Mode” technology, the operator maintains stable performance even during voltage fluctuations (100–240V AC input).
