The CAME Frog Plus Automation Kit is the absolute heavyweight champion of underground swing gate automation. While the standard CAME Frog is designed for typical residential properties, the Frog Plus (featuring motor references FROG-PM4 and FROG-PM6) is a massive, heavy-duty industrial system built specifically for large commercial gates, apartment blocks, and high-security facility perimeters.

The platform is split into two distinct mechanical configurations depending on whether your project requires maximum gate mass or maximum structural leaf width.

Core Engineering & Mechanical Design

• High-Inertia Industrial Drive: Driven by a high-torque 230V AC motor, the Frog Plus generates a massive 800 Nm of structural torque. This immense power allows it to reliably swing heavy iron or timber-clad gates through severe wind resistance without stalling or binding.

• IP67 Submersible Foundation Box: The motor is encased inside the heavy-gauge Frog-PC steel foundation box, treated with an anti-rust cataphoresis coating. It features a verified IP67 watertight rating, meaning it can survive temporary flooding, though proper soakaway drainage is required.

• Advanced ZM3EP Control Framework: The kit is managed by the ZM3EP graphic display panel. This advanced control board features self-diagnosing safety circuitry, real-time error-logging diagnostics, and adjustable mechanical travel limits.

• Robust Lever Release System: For absolute safety during a mains blackout, the system includes a reinforced key-operated manual release mechanism (A4364), allowing operators to manually disengage the high-torque gear layout and push the massive gate leaves open freely.
