The defining characteristic of the ATS series is its advanced structural geometry. It features a unique, ultra-slim telescopic shaft housed within a rigid aluminum casing. This layout allows it to solve the “C-Max” problem, mounting onto deep brick or stone pillars where standard linear rams would strike the pillar edge, all without requiring you to carve pockets into the masonry.

Core Engineering & Variants

The ATS system is divided into two distinct power platforms to match your exact traffic and safety requirements:

• The 24V DC Smart Platform (ATS-DGS): Built for continuous intensive use (apartment blocks or busy family estates). Driven by an internal optical encoder, it communicates with the control board down to the millimeter to provide sensitive anti-crushing obstacle detection, smooth deceleration ramps, and optional battery backup functionality during power cuts.

• The 230V AC Torque Platform (ATS-AGS): Engineered for standard residential homes used a few times a day. It delivers massive physical driving force to push through wind-loading on close-boarded or sheeted timber gates, operating on standard mains timers with an integrated 150°C thermal cutout.

The Two Mechanical Sizes

Both the 24V and 230V systems are manufactured in two stroke lengths depending on your gate’s layout:

1. ATS30 (3-Meter Leaf): Optimized for gates up to 3.0 meters wide or up to 800 kg per leaf (dropping to 400 kg at max 3m width).

2. ATS50 (5-Meter Leaf): A long-stroke, high-leverage operator engineered for expansive estate gates up to 5.0 meters wide or up to 1000 kg per leaf (dropping to 400 kg at max 5m width).
