Description

The CAME Ferni Automation Kit is a powerful, heavy-duty articulated-arm swing gate operator series. Engineered explicitly for deep-set gates and massive structural brick or stone pillars where standard linear rams cannot physically operate, the Ferni easily reaches around wide masonry.

The system is optimized for heavy residential gates, large estate entrances, and multi-user perimeters, driving gate leaves up to 4.0 meters in length or up to 800 kg in weight per leaf.

  • Large Pillar Offset Solution: Purpose-built to clear severe architectural challenges, the Ferni can handle extreme hinge-to-wall mounting profiles, reaching around wide pillars with an internal offset distance (C-max dimension) of up to 380 mm without needing to cut structural niches into the stone.

  • Dual-Voltage Configurations:

    • 24V DC Models (FE4024V / FE4024): Built for continuous intensive service profiles. Runs cool under constant loads and natively integrates with an optional emergency backup battery kit (LB180) to keep the property fully automated during a power outage.

    • 230V AC Models (FE40230V / FE40230): High-inertia single-phase motors that deliver massive mechanical torque to push heavy, wind-resistant or fully boarded gates.

  • Intelligent Safety Hub: The 24V variants incorporate an advanced electronic tracking encoder managed via modern ZLX24-series control panels. This delivers active anti-crush obstacle sensing, customizable deceleration slowdown zones to prevent gate slams, and adaptive speed calibration to handle high wind drag.
