• Included Components: Each box typically comes complete with an unlocking lever (for manual gate release), a gate-securing bracket, and a screw for adjusting the opening limit switch point.

• Material Options:

  • Cataphoresis-coated Steel: A cost-effective, corrosion-resistant standard option.

  • AISI 304 Stainless Steel: Recommended for areas near the coast or in highly corrosive environments.

• Dimensions: Standard foundation boxes are typically 405mm (length) x 330mm (width) x 160mm (height).

It is vital to select the correct foundation box based on your specific motor model:

• Standard Frog Series (FROG-A, AV, AE, A24, A24E): Use the standard FROG-CF (cataphoresis) or FROG-BI (stainless steel) foundation boxes.

• Frog Plus Series (PM4/PM6): These larger, heavy-duty motors require the FROG-PC foundation box.

• Frog-X Series: These are compatible with standard foundation boxes but are often supplied with specific updated models (such as the FROG-BN).
