The CAME LB180 is a specialized battery management card designed to provide emergency power to CAME automation systems during a power failure.
Emergency Functionality: Allows your gate system to continue operating during a blackout.
Battery Charging: Manages the charging of connected emergency batteries to ensure they remain ready for use.
LED Status Indicators: Includes diagnostic LEDs to monitor:
Line voltage presence (Green)
Battery operation mode (Yellow)
Low battery warning (Red)
Compatibility: Designed for use with specific CAME control boards, primarily the ZL180 and ZLJ24 series.
Power Supply: Designed for 24V DC systems.
Battery Requirements: Typically requires 2 x 12V batteries.
Note: 1.2 Ah batteries can often be housed inside the standard CAME control box. Larger 7 Ah batteries will require an external housing/junction box.
Protection: Includes integrated fuses for both the board and the battery circuit.
Operating Temp: -20°C to +55°C.
