The CAME ATI 230v Automation Kit is an industry-standard, heavy-duty above-ground electromechanical linear ram kit designed for medium-to-large residential or light commercial swing gates. Known for its brute force and exceptional lifespan, the ATI series uses a robust internal worm-drive system housed in a die-cast aluminum casing.

The 230V ATI range features updated engineering to natively support CAME CONNECT cloud management, modern safety standards, and significantly faster operational speeds.

The Two Kit Variants

When purchasing an ATI 230V kit, it is typically supplied in one of two configurations depending on the length of your gate leaves:

1. The 3-Meter Leaf Version (ATI 3000 / Model 801MP-0190): Designed for gate leaves up to 3.0 meters wide or up to 800 kg (400 kg at max 3m width). It features a 90° opening speed of approximately 13 seconds.

2. The 5-Meter Leaf Version (ATI 5000 / Model 801MP-0200): A long-stroke variant engineered for massive gates up to 5.0 meters wide or up to 1000 kg (400 kg at max 5m width). It features a 90° opening speed of approximately 19 seconds.

• 2 x ATI 230V Irreversible Motors: (Either 3m or 5m long-stroke rams) featuring built-in, easily adjustable internal mechanical limit switches.

• 1 x CAME Multifunction Control Panel:  The advanced ZLX230S control board featuring digital torque adjustment and self-diagnosing safety lines.

• 1 x AF43S Frequency Card: A plug-in radio frequency receiver (433.92 MHz).

• 2 x CAME Radio Remotes: Rolling code security transmitters (typically from the TOP Sport or TTS series).

• 1 x Pair of Safety Photocells: Synchronized infrared safety beams (DIR10 or adjustable DXR models).

• 1 x Tuned Antenna: (TOP-A433N) to optimize remote signal range.
