The CAME BY-3500T Automation Kit is an industrial-grade sliding gate system engineered for massive physical applications. While standard sliding motors max out between 400kg and 1000kg, the BY-3500T is a heavy-duty powerhouse designed specifically to automate ultra-heavy commercial hangar doors, industrial compound gates, and high-security perimeters weighing up to 3500 kg.

The core of this system is its 230V-400V AC Three-Phase Motor Platform. Operating on three-phase power allows the gearmotor to deliver immense initial starting thrust, easily overcoming the high inertia of a static 3.5-tonne gate leaf without overheating or slipping.

Core Engineering & Industrial Design

• Oil-Bath Gearbox Mechanics: To survive continuous friction and heavy load pressures, the internal mechanical reduction assembly is entirely submerged in a specialized oil bath. This continuously lubricates the gears, prevents thermal spikes, and guarantees smooth operation under extreme usage.

• Module 6 Drive Pinion: Standard gates use Module 4 racking and pinions. The BY-3500T upgrades to a thick, deep-toothed Module 6 steel pinion. This larger surface area distributes the massive 3500N of driving force safely across the gate’s gear track, preventing stripped teeth under heavy acceleration or braking.

• Self-Diagnosing Safety Lines: Driven by the integrated CAME ZT6 industrial control panel, the system runs an automated diagnostic check on all connected safety photocells, edges, and laser scanners prior to initiating any movement. If any fault is found, the start command is immediately aborted to protect site assets.

• Pedestrian Partial Opening: The ZT6 panel features an adjustable partial opening circuit, allowing the massive gate to slide back just enough to clear space for walk-through traffic or small vehicles, preserving energy and cycles.
