The CAME BKV Automation Kit represents CAME’s masterclass in heavy-duty, industrial-grade sliding gate technology. While the BXV series caters to standard residential and light commercial limits, the BKV series is engineered from the ground up for massive, high-frequency, continuous-duty perimeter applications.

Powered by a high-torque 36V DC motor platform, this series bridges the gap between massive mechanical strength and low-voltage digital precision, operating effortlessly under intense duty cycles in punishing weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice, and high wind resistance).

The Three Weight Class Variants

BKV kits are separated into three structural tiers depending on the mass of your sliding gate:

1. BKV15 (1500 kg / Models: BKV15AGS / BKV15AGE): Engineered for gates up to 1500 kg and up to 20 meters in length. Fitted with a standard Module 4 pinion.

2. BKV20 (2000 kg / Models: BKV20AGS / BKV20AGE): Built for gates up to 2000 kg and up to 20 meters in length. Fitted with a standard Module 4 pinion.

3. BKV25 (2500 kg / Models: BKV25AGS / BKV25AGE): Designed for extreme industrial applications up to 2500 kg. This unit upgrades to a wider, deep-toothed Module 6 pinion to properly distribute thrust force across the gear tracking.

💡 Standard (AGS) vs. Plus (AGE) Versions: The premium Plus (AGE) kits include an on-board real-time schedule clock module and non-contact magnetic limit switches, which prevent mechanical components from freezing up in winter weather.

Core Innovations & Engineering

• 36V Adaptive Speed and Torque (AST): Unlike standard sliding motors that run blindly on fixed limits, the integrated ZN8 control panel monitors real-time track friction down to the millisecond. If dirt, gravel, or ice accumulates on the rail, the motor instantly scales up torque to clear the issue smoothly without triggering a false safety reversal.

• On-Board Time Clock Scheduling: No external third-party time clocks are required. The BKV’s motherboard allows installers to map out up to 8 custom automated schedules. For example, a commercial logistics center can program the gate to lock wide open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and return to standard secure secure-close protocols automatically.

• Direct-Drive Isolate Manual Release: Safety and ease of use are prioritized through a key-protected quick-release handle. The physical act of turning the key automatically isolates the primary 230V mains power layout instantly, ensuring safe manual manual override operations in an emergency.

• Backlit Graphic Display Wizard: Setup is streamlined via an onboard blue backlit LCD. A 7-step guided configuration wizard prompts the installer for critical parameters, completely automating travel profiling and accessory registration.
