• Emergency Power: Allows your gate system to operate during a blackout.

• Battery Charging: Automatically manages and maintains the charge of the connected batteries when mains power is available.

• Status Monitoring: Equipped with diagnostic LEDs to indicate system status:

  • Green: System operating on mains power.

  • Yellow: System currently running on battery power.

  • Red: Batteries are discharging.

Technical Specifications

• Battery Compatibility: Designed for 2 x 12V 1.2 Ah batteries (batteries are typically sold separately).

• Main Compatibility: Primarily compatible with the following CAME control boards:

  • ZN2 (commonly used for BX243 sliding gate operators)

  • ZL92

  • ZL90

  • ZLJ14

• Installation: The card is mounted directly onto or within the control panel housing, requiring the transformer to be re-routed through the LB90 card to enable the charging circuit.
