The CAME ZLX230-P (Part Number: 801QA-0110) is the “Essential” version of CAME’s 230V control panels, designed primarily to manage single or double-leaf swing gates. It serves as a modern, technology-forward replacement for the classic, widely-used CAME ZA3P control board.

While it strips away some of the niche visual elements found in the premium “S” model (like a full graphic text display), it retains the robust digital core required for smart, secure residential gate automation.

Core Features & Innovations

Digital Torque Control (DTC): Unlike traditional mechanical or analog adjustments, the ZLX230-P allows you to electronically fine-tune the exact force applied by the operators. This parameter can even be adjusted remotely if the board is connected to the cloud.
7-Segment Programming Display: Includes a straightforward numeric display built directly onto the board. This allows for clear navigation through setup menus and quick troubleshooting via error codes (e.g., highlighting short circuits or loop faults).
CAME CONNECT Ready: Features a dedicated slot for a CAME KEY (local Wi-Fi setup module) or GSM/Wi-Fi gateways. Installers can program, adjust, and backup the gate configurations using the CAME SetUp app on a smartphone, while end-users can open/close the gate remotely using the CAME Automation app.
Smart Home Integration: When hooked into a CAME gateway, it natively supports voice automation commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
User Memory: Features internal storage that can hold and organize up to 250 individual users (transmitters, keypads, or proximity cards).
